Overall a sweet stay! The location was choice, heaps close to the funicular. But the shower was tiny, not ideal. Breakfast was awesome, though!

Super clean room with a comfy bed! The location is great, just a short walk to the funicular, and the rooftop terrace was perfect for my evening chill times.

Bergamo's culinary scene is a thrill! For foodies, the breakfast buffet is totally ace – a dazzling spread to kickstart the day. Plus, the location is spot-on, just a hop to Citta Alta, so you can fuel up for adventures. the room was comfortable, and they kept the waters fresh every day, so hydration is on point!
A bit of a letdown regarding the rooftop terrace – I wasn’t allowed access for evening pics unless I bought a drink. my room could use a facelift with some dated furnishings. Just a smidge frustrating.

We loved our stay here as a family with four kids! The hotel was super clean and the breakfast was deliciously diverse. It was just a short walk to the funicular, making it easy to reach Citta Alta and enjoy all its charming spots.
My children wished for earlier room service hours.

The elevators were inconveniently slow, requiring separate buttons for each one, and finding the stairs felt like a treasure hunt—good luck if you're trying to reach breakfast on the first floor after that trek. the balcony in my room was let down by the absence of chairs and some seriously weathered railing paint from three decades ago. Yes, the views are nice, but without proper seating, it’s pretty much just a missed chance to unwind outside. I also had an unexpected struggle with the shower. it felt cramped and could use some thoughtful redesign. The hotel's decor, while somewhat charming, does have a dated vibe that's begging for a refresh.

Would be happy to recommend for a brief pit stop
Impeccable staff, delicious breakfast, as the friendly team ensured our mornings were truly enjoyable, featuring a wide variety of options, while the great location made it easy to walk to the funicular station for a quick ascent to the charming medieval town.

Can just recommend for a brief stop-in.
Spacious room, comfortable bed, the balcony provided a beautiful view of the surroundings and was within walking distance to the funicular station, allowing easy access to explore the city.
Nothing negative to say.

Had a relaxing time with a lovely big balcony and the breakfast spread was truly impressive. Enjoyed unwinding in the cozy leisure room and took advantage of the hot tub after a long day of exploring. The only thing I'd say is the furniture could use a little update, but it didn't take away from the great experience overall. 😊

Perfect Base for Exploring Bergamo
First time in Bergamo, we loved the spacious, renovated room on the 7th floor. Breakfast was busy but staff offered excellent service, ensuring we enjoyed our meals. Proximity to the old town made exploration easy. Pro tip, arrive early at breakfast to avoid crowds!
